Taste of Joliet Adds More Music Acts For Rock Night, But Something Is Missing

Last year marked the greatest Taste of Joliet ever in terms of attendance. Now, Taste of Joliet is less than six weeks away.

JOLIET, IL — The Joliet Park District is continuing to finalize its music lineup for the June 20-22 Taste of Joliet. We already know that Billy Corgan of Smashing Pumpkins is the main act for June 20 and that Brett Eldredge will draw thousands of country music fans to the June 21 Saturday night concert.

But the Taste of Joliet music lineup for the Friday and Saturday concerts is now complete.

Billy Corgan and his Machines of God will walk on the stage at 9:15 p.m.

As for Sunday's Hispanic music lineup, that remains the biggest mystery in the city of Joliet. Nothing has been revealed yet. Nothing.

"Keep checking back as we’ll be posting information as soon as it becomes available," the Taste of Joliet website reads.

Joliet Park District Director Brad Staab told Patch that he's hoping to have the Hispanic music lineup of entertainment acts unveiled later this week.

According to the Joliet Park District:

  • Children 11 and under accompanied by an adult are FREE all weekend
  • Seniors (age 62+) are $10 all weekend
  • Everyone (including children) must have a ticket to enter the Front Section
  • General admission tickets are $23 / $25 – In advance / Day of Show
