Jennifer Lopez is finally saying farewell to her New York City penthouse.

The Marry Me star, 54, has found a buyer for her $25 million penthouse near Manhattan's Madison Square Park after seven years on and off the market. The troubled listing has a "contract signed" according to luxury real estate firm Brown Harris Stevens.

The asking price for the four-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bathroom property was most recently $24,990,000. Listing agents Richard Orenstein and Chris Pomeroy did not immediately reply to PEOPLE's request for comment on the deal.

Lopez bought the apartment for just over $20 million in 2014, according to the New York Times. She then put the apartment up for sale for approximately $27 million million in 2017. However, the apartment didn't attract any buyers during that time, and over the past several years, it has been on and off the market.

In March 2019, the singer cut the price of the penthouse down to $25 million before removing the listing altogether in October 2021, according to Zillow. It also briefly hit the market for five days in December 2022.

The inside of the penthouse includes a top-of-the-line kitchen with a large island, open shelving, a stainless-steel wine fridge and a breakfast bar, and leads into a separate open dining room. A private guest wing is also included on the lower floor with three spacious bedrooms, staff quarters and a laundry room.
