SVFIA hosts 8 U.S tech leaders to experience innovation in Chengdu, China
CHENGDU, CHINA, March 23, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Adrien Schmidt, innovator, engineer and entrepreneur, will be attending The Mayor Delegation to China, a trip to Chengdu, China organized by the Silicon Valley Financial Investment Promotion Agency (SVFIA). Seven other leading tech experts also from the infamous tech capital of the United States, Silicon Valley, will join him for a five-day all-encompassing tour from March 23-28, 2018. They have been invited to meet their counterparts in China, where they will learn, engage and share their knowledge on the rising innovations leading the technical revolution.
The theme of this trip is to combine the forces of the east and west to fuel innovation in the realms of science and technology to promote cross-channel communication and collaboration. SVFIA aims to bring Silicon Valley’s advanced innovation, philosophy, creativity and future trends to sectors within China. Schmidt, along with the other seven delegates, who have founded companies such as Portable Genomics, ThroughPut and Altwork, will be meeting leaders of the Sichuan Province, of the Chengdu Municipal Government and visit their Hi-Tech Park Zone, hailed as the “Silicon Valley” of Western China and an enforcer of global innovation.
